Our overseas amateur Alcindo Holder will be back for his third year at Thornham this season and will again be offering 1-to-1 coaching sessions.

Alcindo is an ECB Level 2 qualified coach who has represented Barbados and the West Indies Under-19s, and brings a strong understanding of the game from both a playing and coaching perspective.

He works across all areas, with a focus on:

• Batting

• Fast bowling

• Spin bowling

Sessions are kept simple and player-focused, whether that’s working on something specific or just getting more time in to build confidence and consistency.

A good option for anyone looking to get some extra practice in or tidy up parts of their game ahead of the season.
